Refund policy

We want you and your little one to love every Colette & Co piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

 

Returns & exchanges: Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on washed or worn items. To start a return or size exchange, just email hello@shopcoletteandco.com and we'll take care of you.

 

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Pre-orders: Some items are sold as pre-orders, meaning you're reserving yours from our next small batch before it ships. Your card is charged at checkout to reserve your item, and we'll email you the estimated ship date and tracking as soon as it's available. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships.
